CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES
Recruitment Consultant - Contract Division - National Recruitment Centre (NRC)
Salary dependant on experience
The role entails the following activities:
- Qualifying of job specifications by liaising with clients and recruiting managers.
- Searching online job boards and databases to identify suitable candidates.
- Working closely with candidates to prepare excellent quality CV’s and submissions.
- Liaising with clients following CV’s submissions to gain feedback.
- Arranging interviews with candidates and passing on client advice to candidates.
- Providing post-interview feedback to candidates.
- Making offers to candidates and helping them through the onboarding process.
- Ongoing contractor care and networking.
- Extension management.
- Building long term relationships with clients and candidates.
- Account management and client visits. Maximising customer accounts and developing relationships with new customers.
- Managed Service Solutions - Co-location or remotely
- Statement of Work Solutions - Deliverable and outcome-based
- Partnerships and collaborative approach - Working transparently with our Consultancy partners to manage
- large and complex programmes within the Public and Private sectors
About you
- Recruitment experience would be ideal and ideally suited to an individual with 180 resourcing capability, within a technical sector or similar and wishing to grow into an Account Leadership position.
- You must be able to show longevity in previous roles.
Recruitment Consultant - Permanent Division
Salary dependant on experience
The role entails the following activities:
- Building long-term relationships building partnerships with clients and candidates within the IT, Telecommunications, Change and Management Consultancy sectors.
- Ensuring successful delivery of bespoke client solutions.
- Building client-specific talent pipelines through networking and searching.
- Attracting International / National / Local candidates through a multi-channel strategy.
- Expert candidate pre-qualification and shortlisting of high-quality candidates.
- Maximising customer accounts and developing relationships with new customers.
- Candidate Management.
- Pro-active client liaison.
About you
